Do you come out to Vegas often?
I come about three times a year for pleasure and then I work [here] once every four years or something like that.
Tell me about Starrbooty and how that all came about.
Starrbooty is a movie that I wrote and starred in that played festivals and has been out on DVD for about a year and a half now. It’s an exploitation film, like seventies exploitation films. This is a film where everybody gets exploited. It’s a comedy that’s very John Waters meets Rus Meyers meets, you know, the Zucker brothers from Naked Gun, so it’s really funny, it’s very crude and it’s completely my sense of humor.

Venetian Hotel gondolier Marc Langberg, 27, had no idea that moving half way around the world to work at The Venetian Resort Hotel in Macau, China would change his life. Neither did Aaron Marcotte, 25, who earned a coveted gondolier job at the Macau hotel through an intensive audition process, which put his singing and acting talents to the test. Both men took a chance on the opportunities in Macau and now they are partners.

The Ritz, by Terrence McNally, opens November 7 at Las Vegas Little Theatre (LVLT). LVLT has for a number of years included plays with gay characters and themes, and has always made efforts to be inclusive of all people through its productions.
